Ever since I got my Fitbit Sense I could never get calls on my phone, I went through all the steps and stuff to get it connected but I still don't get my calls on my watch! Can someone please help me!

What phone do you have?  Without knowing the steps you’ve taken to set it up for calls, below is the manual for your review.

I've previously been able to get calls through my watch until recently (maybe last few days)... When I try to pair up my watch with phone it says "can't connect to sense controls" 😕
