On wrist calls

I have the sense and I’m supposed be able to do calls from my wrist but it does not show up in my app at all to even set up calls from my wrist.   is there a reason why it won’t show up anywhere? it seems to be missing.

Hi @Kristimj7.

Have you updated you Sense to the latest FW? If you've only recently bought and set up your Sense, it may take a few days to receive the latest firmware. Also it's recommended to make sure the Fitbit app on your phone has been updated to the latest version.

Once this is done you should be able to open the Fitbit app on your phone - tap your profile picture - tap on Sense - scroll down to the section that says general - and tap on "On-wrist calls".
