I have 1 notification that will not delete no matter how many times I have deleted/cleared it. I have even stopped receiving notifications, but it is still there.

Hello @AmyLynnFriedl ! I've had the same problem on my old Versa 2. Try restarting the device. It worked for me. Click here to learn how to reboot your Fitbit device.
