Sense controls won't connect with iPhone 12 Pro

Anyone else having serious issues with sense control Bluetooth connection - never allows me to connect and always says unsuccessful - tried several times to delete and go again but just not working. Any advise please??

Thanks for every step tried prior to posting. Before anything else, let me explain that it's expected to see the Sense controls disconnected as they'll connect as soon as you receive a call on your Sense. On the other hand, if the on-wrist phone calls aren't working correctly or if the notifications aren't going through, I'd recommend the following steps 

 

  1. Forget your Sense and Sense Controls from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your Sense to refresh its performance.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Select your Sense, tap Replace Device and follow on-screen instructions.

 

Once this is done, please set up the notifications and the on-wrist phone calls one more time, and monitor your watch's behavior.
