Oxygen Saturation ranges?

Last night, I had lower than average blood oxygen - 90%. What’s weird is I did wake up in the middle of the night with some air hunger - something I get when I’m having anxiety. But I wasn’t anxious while I was sleeping lol

should I be concerned? I noticed my resting heart rate has dropped a bit (which is good!) so maybe that’s the cause?

(Not overweight, don’t snore, very fit)

Hi @Brittneyneff  - one offs are probably nothing to worry about, as odd environmental factors can influence readings. You could always compare with your sleep pattern and skin temperature. See how it goes over the next few days. Trends are what to look for.
