I’ve entered the wrong pin and now my Fitbit won’t unlock unless I use my phone

Hi @Madmum, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with the device lock feature of your Sense.

If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device with your paired phone.

You'll see "Unlock with your phone". To do so:

  • In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > Devices > your device.
  • Tap Device Lock.
  • Find the option to reset your PIN code.

Note: After you reset your PIN code, you'll need to add your cards to Google Wallet again.
