Pairing and linking

My Sense shows that it is paired with my Android, but when I try to use the assistant, it says I need to link

Welcome to the Fitbit community.

Sounds like you need to complete the set-up for Google Assistant.

Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile in the top left corner to get to Account tap Sense, then you'll see this.

Tap Assistant.

Tap Google Assistant, if that's the one you want to use. Follow the steps to link your Google Account to Fitbit.

So I tried what you showed me, and it says "unable to activate". My watch is by my phone when I try to activated it won't. I'm very frustrated. 🙄😔
