Mine is also gone.
This was a thing with my Versa also, though- it would randomly disappear for a bit but then be back.
i sure hope this is the case!
there’s nowhere to re-add the widget either, so I guess we must wait.
keep me posted if yours returns?
@Rich_Laue why this topic is marked as answered?:/ not quite answered, because the app is added in the fitbit app, it has the green arrow (nothing was changed prior the update, because prior the update the menstrual stats were showed in the Sense widget).
if I remember correctly, the menstrual stats were under “advanced status” in Sense widgets and there is nothing there. And still doesnt show in the Today app in Sense, also.
Usually a message gets marked as answered by the original poster, I'm this case it would be @eiby from my email.
You can unselect.
You might have to first tell the app to remove the tile.
You just changed your OS and not everything got transferred over.
It doesn't matter where the stat setting was found. Both your app and tracker have been updated. I posted above to where it will now be found.
Then
And
@DaughterofMaat check your settings.
Same as mine! When I click more info it shows I'm on day x of x of my cycle which is correct but the actual days until period and days until fertile are zero.
Very annoying as its clear they didn't have any females do a quick check before they rolled out this update. I noticed immediately it was not right.
I went to the FitBit app, clicked on discover -> health and fitness stats and Menstrual Health has a green tick sign and says “Added to today”.
Then I synced my Sense, turned it off and on again, but it still hasn’t have the Menstrual Health Widget! Nor in the Today app on my Sense. Ive clicked Edit in both Widgets and Today app on my Sense, that maybe it is hiding there, but no luck.
Rich, this doesn’t change anything. 😞
Sadly, there is still no period widget on the watch. Some of us apparently have the widget but no input available, so it appears something is actually wrong. Could you check with your Fitbit connections for us? Ty!
Best AnswerMe, too, and I had the same thought! No women were involved in this update, apparently. 😂
here’s hoping they can fix it soon and easily!
Best AnswerApparently the update removed the widget, but the Fitbit server and the app does not know it. This has happened before with other stats.
Through the app, remove the tile, let it sync, and re-add, sync again.
@Beezy1978 um selecting the thread is up to @eiby
@Rich_Laue I've removed the tiles from "Today" view in the FitBit app on my iOS (even removed Heart Rate, to test if it's working or not, because Heart Rate is visible in my Sense's Widgets and Today). Then synced my FitBit and no luck - even the Heart Rate is still in Sense's Today app, even though it is removed in the FitBit app on my iPhone.
It’s strange that in this forum it does not show that I was replying to Elby.
apologies, Rich. 👍🏻👍🏻
Best Answer@Beezy1978 The best way to respond is to tag the person.
After I made the screen shots above, I now have period widget on my tracker, and I'm a guy.
Ok I might have been pointing in the wrong place.
On watch.
@Rich_Laue Ahh, it is not there....
Sadly, we can't upload video files...
I clicked Manage:
Then you've said extend?? There isn't such button to tap in the widgets.
I clicked every button that is in the widgets.. Not there 😄
