@Rich_Laue Please note, that in iOS FitBit app, Menstrual Widget is added to Today. P.S. Sorry, it is not in order, but I've took pictures of the entire Advance Stats section

Wanted to update that when my cycle started the app magically fixed itself.  Will see what happens once its counting down to my next cycle. But for now *fingers crossed*

Is your period information visible on the watch itself, @jenkh ?

My cycle started a couple days ago and still has not righted itself on my watch, although the information is still in the app.

ty in advance! 😚

@Beezy1978

Yep! I got my period a day early so I updated in app and the next time I looked my sense said 6 days left in period and has been counting down since.

Maybe it was the actual edit that made it wake up?

I’ve interacted with mine but am unsuccessful in retrieving my female tracking on the watch itself.
fitbit emailed me saying they’ve sent it to the “Proper Department”, since they couldn’t fix it. I’m hopeful. 🙂🙃🙂😘

I still looove my Sense, adore almost everything about it.
mom supposed to begin a new cycle in a few more days, here’s hoping it spontaneously reappears!

Hi Juan,

I just got a fitbit sense today and am having the same issue as those above...when I go to the today widget on the watch there is no option to add/remove the menstrual health widget under advance stats. It doesn’t show up at all and I would very much like to add the widget to my sense. The period tracker works fine on my fitbit phone app and was working on my previous versa 2 with no problems but now there is no way to add it to my new watch. I just went through all the updating process so I know I have the latest update and everything and have tried the whole refreshing shutting down and resyncing process with no success. Please help! Everything else seems to have synced over fine from my old watch except for this menstrual health part. Thanks in advance for your help!

I just heard back from “support” and am miffed. They instructed me how to set up Female Tracking.

ive had it and used it for YEARS! This was their reply??

Just for information’s sake, I had the period widget on my watch and it worked great, until the update that added wrist-based call answering. Then, a week or two later, there was another update, one I was hoping would fix my issue.

im really disappointed, and FitBit doesn’t seem to even CARE.

obviously there’s something wrong and they should send us new watches or SOMETHING, because mine isn’t working for what I paid for it for.

They uselessly tell us things that are in the MANUAL!

they don’t even read our emails, or else they wouldn’t respond the way they do.

this last time? They told me I need the period time on my app on my phone to have it on my watch... DUH. I *have* it and use it on my phone app... the widget is MISSING from my watch. I can’t add it.

I am having this issue as well with no luck fixing it.

FYI. I even updated my period today so that didn’t seem to make it work.

On the tracker,

  • Turn face on to the clock.
  • Scroll to the very bottom and tap manage.
  • Tap advanced stats
  • Turn on Show Widget
  • Scroll to bottom
  • Press "+" next to Menstrual Health
  • Tap button or swipe left to right to back out.

Thanks Rich. I had checked there first. Similar to other users, it is not showing as an option. I am starting to wonder if the programmers chose male instead of female in their program considering there are males that can see it but not females.
