Since the latest update my sense has trouble connecting with my phone. The new phone symbol with a line through it (I assume means not connected to phone) shows most of the time at the top of the screen now. I used to be able to leave my phone in my locker at work and still receive notifications now it struggles to connect in the same room! I have done all the restarts/updates etc .. anyone else??

Have you tried restarting the watch by holding the side button til you see the Fitbit logo and then release? The watch takes 10-15 seconds to complete once released. Also turn off and on the phone

I am always getting the issue of phone not syncing with Sense. I don't get notifications and I always get message on my Fitbit app asking for phone restart. This has been always issue no Matter how many time you restart the phone. So we need permeant solution in this one. I have OnePlus 7 Pro phone synced.
