Photograph app - can’t see settings.

I recently got a Sense and wanted to download the photograph clock face. I’m not too much of a dumb man, but I can’t figure out how to actually change the picture on it. Every site and YouTube video I have searched talks about pulling up the selected clock face and going to the settings, but I just cannot see the settings no matter what I do. I am using an iPhone for the Fitbit app.Any answers?

Let me help you with the photograph clock face. Thank you for the steps you have done.

First you must download the clock face from the app gallery. To do so, follow the instructions in our help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Note: You need to allow some permissions to access to internet an to your photo gallery. If you don't find the settings i mention, share a picture so we can togehter figure it out.

Then, you should find some additional adjusments available in the clock face itself. You can find there the option to search the picture you want to add.
