Poor translations and confusing apps

Just got the Sense today. I only explored for a couple hours and already found several issues: the main issue is the Chinese translation on the watch is wrong and sometimes mixed with English, e.g.“4月7day”, “三,4月7” (should be 周三,4月7日”). Such stupid mistakes are really unforgivable. In addition, the app is really user unfriendly and glitchy (cannot sync and cannot fix....). I really wanted to like this watch but compared to my old Charge 2, I feel like this was released in a rush, both the app and the watch need to be improved.

Also, I think the ECG app will be a pain for those who travel a lot to Asia or countries not in North America or Europe. Because once your location changes, the ECG app will automatically be removed.

Concerning the chinese translation, I have to take your word for it, but translations in general I agree. I find it disrespectful the way many companies treat other languages.

I don't fully understand why you find the app user unfriendly? I had Charge 3 before, and the app is almost the same for Sense, and I would think that is the case for Charge 2 as well?
