Popper on Sense wristband is falling out

Owned my Fitbit Sense for a good few months now and suddenly the popper in the strap started falling out easily (see in the picture).

It doesn't seem like the strap is damaged in any way but it makes the strap feel very easy to unclasp and fall off. Not really trusting the longevity of this design and may contact fitbit under warranty about this.

Anyone else had this issue?

Hi Lizzy

Support team contacted me directly and I just submitted a support claim on the band under warranty. Hope this helps others with the same issue.

I think my device/wristband is no longer under warranty. And my wristband is the same as ROBYER1. So I asume I should buy a new wristband, right?
Thanks in advance.

Hi there, @georgepm.

Thanks for joining this thread. Let me share that all our Fitbit products are covered by our warranty for 1 year (2 years in Europe) from the date of purchase, as described in our Warranty Policy.

If your band falls outside of the warranty period, my best advice is to acquire a new band from either our official store or with our authorized retailers. That way you can continue using your Sense to track your details.
