Hi,
the watch has lost its capabilities for some time 😉 it does not connect to the network / does not see the phone, the configuration button (and restart to default) has disappeared from the dial. strange looking messages. Does anyone know how to reset the watch to default settings?

Hi @Mmpl - thanks for the photos, it definitely needs to be factory reset. It is best you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for them to help you through this process.
Also in the Fitbit App make a note of the names of any clocks or apps you use first in case they need reinstalling, it will make it easier with setting up after.
