Problem with downloading clock faces

Some clock faces (by Fitbit) are not downloading correctly to my Sense. It gets stuck and the downloading bar just keeps on rolling. Does anyone know how to fix?

Hi @Canneloni  - sometimes it takes a while but a good place to start is to restart both watch and phone and sync, till the app says " a moment ago" then you know you have a good connection, and try the download again.
