Replacing virtually new Sense with refurbished

6 weeks after I bought my Sense the face fell off. Although I didn't notice it at first, my replacement was a refurbished watch, which I gather is technically something they can do. Almost immediately after getting it I went into hospital for bowel cancer surgery. Even in hospital I noticed that my steps weren't being counted. Now that I'm home it's more glaringly obvious. I've walked around the house today quite a lot of my Sense shows 92 steps. My Honor ban shows 578. I despair. On the other hand, my wife's, bought at the same time, is fine.

@DougWeller  - as you may have got a refurbished watch, it may not be working properly.

Contact support again and ask them to replace it.
