Prong broken on Sense charging device

One of the prongs has broken off on my Fitbit Sense Advanced Smartwatch that I purchased 11/12/22! 
How do I get a free replacement as this is less than 1 year.

Let me tell you that these types of issues are covered under the one year standard warranty that your device came with. As @Odyssey13 suggests in her post, the best way to get this resolved is contacting our support team to get a replacement charging cable.
