Pulse Arrival Time Study - participant

Monday April 26 2021 744 AM ET: Two days (Saturday & Sunday) in a row now, PAT study has a sync issue.  I've tried a couple of fixes but - it cannot take the reading.  I have sent two notices - Just FYI - to whoever is leading the study.

I was able to get the sync working 50% of the time I tried the first few days of the study and now it fails 100% of the time

I am having the same trouble. It is really frustrating. This feature is the primary reason I chose this device. I have PVC in my heart and really wanted something to help ease my anxiety about it, but the feature doesn't work. Very disappointed so far.

Hello. I have the same with my heart.  I really wanted this to work.    Thought it would be very helpful.   At least it’s just not my watch. 


PS: it’s funny the PVCs in my heart go away when I do aerobic exercises.

It failed to sync for me a few days last week, which was frustrating. I tried rebooting my Sense and my phone, as well as reinstalling the PAT app and the FitBit app on my phone. Still didn't work. It suddenly started syncing again and most or all of my missed sync data showed up. It still doesn't sync 100% of the time.

Alta > Versa > Versa 2 > Sense

How did you reinstall the PAT app? I removed it and there was no where to
find the app. I thought I could withdraw and re-enroll but now I don't even
see the program.
