Hey there, my Fitbit Sense isnt working properly. 1st off, the battery life is draining rapidly. I took my watch off the charger at 7am with a full battery. Its 11:27 and my battery is at 72%, when it says I can go 6 days without charge, and haven’t gone a day where I’m lower than 90%. Another issue I’m having is that none of my side buttons are working. I can still open my watch automatically that’s it. The 4 corners or the side button haven’t done anything the last 2 days. Ive tried reset the watch, and looking into settings but I can’t figure it out. It’ll help you can figure this out Fitbit, this watch is a little over a month old and I’m frustrated I’m already having issues.

Welcome to the Fitbit community.
First, there's only one button and that the one on the left. It doesn't physically move nor is it a regular touch sensitive button. Tapping it does nothing. I think of it as a squeeze to press button. Much like an actual physical one. Try to squeeze and see if it works better for you. It's been extremely responsive for me whether it's single press to wake up or go back, double press for shortcuts to apps, or long press for Google Assistant.
As for the battery drain, what are your settings specifically? I can get a solid 4 days with brightness dim, screen wake motion and button, always on display off, snore & noise detection off, and SpO2 on. If I turn off SpO2 I'm sure I can get 5+ days but I leave it on for the health metrics. I turned off snore and noise detection because after over a week of 0 to minimal noise, it was necessary for me.

Is there any solution to this issue yet? I see a lot of the same problem but no resolution. Did the factory reset and everything. Used to get a week on a charge and now maybe 12 hours and no side button. Watch is less than a year old. Is this a hardware issue or software issue?

Hi @dan444 - short battery life is most likely due over use of features, try removing Snore detection and SpO2 because these can use as much as 4 days alone, see other issues in
How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
As regards the button, which is not a button but a touch indent, are you sure you are squeezing the watch between finger and thumb so the flashy part covers the indent and it vibrates. using a finger nail won't work.
Also try restarting it via the Shutdown in the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.
