Random high heart rate spikes

Has anyone's sense been acting up late? Anytime I go to check my heart rate it jumps around, like starts at 110 then drops to 90 then jumps back up to 100 then down to 80 then evens out after "glitching" for a few seconds. It's also been showing me these huge heart rate spikes (like 130-150) that last for about 15+ minutes while I'm just sitting around and my heart rate is definitely not that high. I've had it for almost a year now and it's just one thing after another.

@indecentdrpeppeIt is a known issue with the sense and the Versa 3some models but not all of them. Also log a request with support to register your issue but there is no fix available yet.

Read more about it in this thread  "Heart rate inaccurate on Fitbit Sense"

Fitbit (Google) looking into it to solve it but in the interim I suggest to you to reset it to factory default by holding the sense button for around 10 sec or until the logo appears but note that you will lose all the personal settings & NFC card entry as well.

I also read where on other forums to drain the battery completely before charging may help but I'm not sure of it but no harm trying it.

Forgot to mention that before resetting your "Sense", to factory defaut do sync the device. Also It will need a full setup afterwards.

I also had that problem since the beginning.

Found out that if I keep the watch band tighter, those fake heart rate spikes happen less often. The tighter the band (not too much) the more accurate and spike free is the heart rate. But as I begin having skin issues if I keep the watch band tighter all the time, I can't totally avoid those fake high heart rate spikes to happen sometimes.
