My sense has no issues except the heart rate monitoring is completely off. Like the accuracy is from the charge HR or Blaze days. Ionic, versa, versa lite, versa 2, charge 2, 3, 4, inspire hr and 2, all had progressively improved HR monitoring to the point of being spot on with chest straps. Now, the sense and versa 3 have terrible HR accuracy. Come on fitbit, fix this.
Edit: I'm not seeing as many complaints about Versa 3 HR accuracy, but it has the same sensor and maybe firmware, so I assume it would share the same HR issues as sense.

This is an issue Fitbit is looking into.

@Rich_Laue Did they make an official announcement about fixing heart rate on the Sense and Versa 3?
Its the most common complaint in the forum [after sync issues], apart from being totally unacceptable in a SMART watch.
Do you know of a new firmware coming soon? Iit would make so many people happy if they announced something officially.

@Guy_ I don't think they even acknowledged there was a problem with HR readings. The only official responses say how to wear the watch and not to compare with other sensors.

Yeah right, better not compare the Sense to any other product that you know is accurate as it may affect your opinion of theirs.
