Reading Messages on Sense

Is there some way to access messages on Sense with just a flip of the wrist. Right now it takes 2 hands to access messages.

Flip the wrist and then reach over and pull down white dot is not convenient when your working with your hands.. 

Also the white dot doesn't always pull dow on the first or second try and then disappears before you can access messages

Hi @smoogie - when the watch vibrates, flip the wrist to see the notification.

You can flip it a few times before the notification no longer shows and then you need to pull down from the top edge [not white dot] to see old notifications with the other hand.

But notifications normally stay available quite a while before needing to pull down.

Note: What you see is a notification summary, you will need to click on it to see the full notification. 

A notification is not the same as the full message if it is long and you will need the phone to be able to read the whole message.

All I get when I flip my wrist is a White Dot that I have to pull down.

The Charge used to automatically display messages on flip, but so far, not the ense.

Maybe there's a setting I'm missing

@smoogie- Try changing the clock face and doing a watch restart. A white dot is not normal.

Tried 4 different Firbit faces.
All have a White Dot for Messages.

i do not believe that the Sense has the ability to read messages with a Flip?

@smoogie- that dot is a a warning - try swipe watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and turn off Do not disturb.

The normal pull down is from the top edge of the face.

OK, that got rid of the Dot

Looks like Flipping gets the messages now

@smoogie- you will find the status indicators like you see described here

@smoogie- the validity of flip to see the current notification is not that long [ perhaps 15-30 seconds ], after that you have to pull down.

I just don't think the Sense Flips to messages like the Charge does

Ah, just got a message and it popped right up.

So, you're correct it was the Do Not Disturb setting.

That must have been set when I received the watch?
