Hi @arettaga Welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Do you recall since when this has happened? Have you also received a notification on your phone once your ECG report is ready to download? Please make sure the Fitbit app is updated and give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app. For iOS devices, see this article.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Once your Sense has synced, tap Discover > Health Assessments & Reports > Heart Rhythm Assessment and check your results.

Not working

Hi there, @ChantalLDupont.

Thanks for joining this thread and your efforts while working on this matter. Before anything else, let me explain that if you take more than 5 ECG readings before syncing, the oldest reading will get lost. Also, it takes at least 10 seconds and up to 10 minutes to see your results in the Fitbit app.

If these conditions don't apply to you and the issue persists after trying the steps shared in my previous post, I'd recommend contacting our Support team so they can investigate what may be occurring and provide you with further assistance. They're available via chat and phone, just click here to get connected with them.

See you around.

Hi Lizzy,

Yes, I followed the steps you described on your post from March and then, on the one from December, you said to open a ticket if they didn't work so I did and CustSupport is looking after me.

Thanks!

I would like to add to this. These steps did fix so that I can now see my report in the Discover health assessment area. However on the app, Today home screen area where I scroll down to the resting heartbeat tile And I click on the resting heartbeat tile I do see notifications about A-fib incidents that I had months ago, However a recent A-fib event is not appearing. This event is appearing in the Discover > health assessment & reports area thanks to this reset. How come it does not appear as a notification. along with older notifications, when I click my resting heartbeat tile?

Irregular Rhythm Notifications are no longer working.  I can feel myself having an irregular moment and I will use the manual ECG to test it and sure enough it will report AFib.  But I need to go to Discover  > Irregular Rhythm Notifications to see the report.  This is has happened twice, why  weren't these incidents captured in the Irregular Rhythm Notifications area and also alerted on my iPhone like has happened in the past?
