Red dot on the upper left corner won't go away

There is a red dot on the battery status corner.  I have checked for updates, messages. Notifications.  And restarted my phone.  The red dot is still there

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand your point of view and to look into this, do you recall since when this started to happen? May I know the model and OS version of your phone?

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:

1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and let me know if the issue persists with the Inbox icon.
