Replacement Fitbit Sense Stopped Working Within One Year

Last year, I received a new Fitbit Sense under warranty because the original one stopped working. Now, after a year, the replacement watch is also not working. I don't see the Fitbit logo, the vibration button doesn't work, and when I connect it to the charger, it briefly shows a signal and then turns off again. I am using the original Fitbit charging cable. 

I have also sent a message to the support team: "Your repair 8195381 has been registered - #49506705," but I am no longer receiving any responses. I would like to get in touch because I am very disappointed that the watch no longer works.

Hi @EllenD17 - just in case see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

If it is syncing try changing clock face.

My original Sense, Activated June 2021, almost three years, still works great. What causes failures most of the time, people get water in the system, or the battery fails. YMMV
