I got a random email about a free replacement for my Sense. (Due to a hardware issue...)

Is this legit?

Hi @Dclohan  why not get with support directly and ask them. Phone or chat is said to be faster. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

@Dclohan  - if you didn't initiate the process with Fitbit support, almost definitely not legit.

Thanks for pointing it out as a possible scam.

@Dclohan   Please follow @Odyssey13's suggestion and contact Support.  I remember users posting about this when the Sense was still fairly new.   It was legit.
