Replacement sent was also defective

I sent my sense 2 out to have a refurbished one sent back to me bc the metal sensor on the back came off. I received my "new" sense 2 in the mail. It won't charge. It shows that blue Fitbit screen and then a red X and then a QR code that does nothing. How do I send this one back? I forget how I did it the first time 🙄

Hi @Misk0227 - I've also received several faulty replacements, it seems the refurbished ones aren't properly checked.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support to get the replacement replaced.
