Replacing Sense with a new Sense

I have had a Sense that was having several issues (including the step counting issue). I am trying to replace it with a new Sense but it can't complete the update process. Any suggestions?

We determined that the new Sense was defective so it is being returned. My next Tracker will not be a Fitbit!

Hi @KCNaples - the case of the Unreliable step counting bug is a known issue.

In any case a replacement under warranty will more likely be a refurbished one and that may possibly also come with it's own problems. Hopefully you'll have better luck.
