Pressing my button to restart and says something went wrong and try again. What do I do?

Hi @Markb113  - if you want to restart your watch and it's not working with the button you can always do Shutdown from the watch Settings menu at the bottom.

 

Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it, it takes a little while to restart, or just push the button for a second.

@Markb113  - as this is a public site you can edit your post to remove your private data by clicking on the three dots or an invisible box on the same line as date.

 

Also try practicing with the button to turn on/off the screen in case you need to use it at some point.

 

You can swipe the watch face right to get to Quick Settings and enable the watch icon so that when you raise your wrist the display comes on.

 

You can cancel things with a swipe right.
