Run stats on my sense does not match with dashboard

I need some help please. For the second time my sense 2 has not synced correctly so my run is short. The data is there but at approx 8.6k it stopped recording properly. When I export my run I am missing a mile. Can anyone help please?

Those inconsistencies were there for years. Fix: getting used to it or getting proper runner's watch.

This is my second Fitbit model and the first time this has happened to me. If anybody has a helpful answer that would be really appreciated. Thanks.
