Running mileage notifications

I just upgraded from a fairly old Versa to a new Sense.  When I started a run with my Versa (whether or not I had my phone with me, so whether or not it was connected to GPS), it would buzz on my wrist every half mile.  My Sense does not seem to give the same notifications.  I have searched the forums a bit and saw some people suggesting that you could add those cues through the website.  I went to the website, and it looks like there is supposed to be a way to add the cues so that they happen automatically with each run.  However, the drop down boxes on the website aren't populating, so you can't actually do anything on the website.  Is there another way to make the watch buzz every half mile while on a run automatically?  Or do you have to create the cues again each time you go on a run?

On your wrist, when you get to the Exercise App and select 'Run', swipe up from the little arrow at bottom of screen to see more options specific to 'Run' choice.  Among these options is Laps which I think gives what you want.  Also you can set which stats to be visible on your Sense during run, and other options.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
