I got rid of charge 5 bc no clock face and wouldn't hold a charge. Now I have the Sense and am not getting any SP02 readings. It's been over a week. Contacted customer support and they said turn off Fitbit and turn back on and it should work. At first they said I can only choose a clock face that has an sp02 feature on the face but that makes no sense and he changed it to that doesn't matter. So did I buy yet another defective Fitbit? do ANY of their watches work properly?? Why do they charge so much when things don't work right? I'm still within the return window so I need to know if this is a failure of the device or Fitbit.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner.
Thank you for informing us about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense and for the troubleshooting steps you’ve performed.
To collect SpO2 data, you can install on your Watch an SpO2 clock face or the SpO2 app. If you have the SpO2 app, that's enough.
I this case, please visit this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions.
If you have followed our recommendations without luck, please provide me with the following information:
- Do you see the SpO2 tile in your Health Metrics?
- Do you see any error message or dashes in the SpO2 section?
- If possible, you can attach an image of what you see for further investigation.
Hope this helps.

sick of people moving my words around and editing my posts. so just delete this bull**ahem**. Don't **ahem**ing speak for me.
Best AnswerI am not sure if switching from dominant to non-dominant wrist affects the readings, but when you put your watch on your right hand, do you switch the setting for dominant/dominant hand as well? (Tap Sense picture)
You have one more sleep setting: Tap your profile ->App Settings "Sleep sensitivity" should be set to "Normal", not "Sensitiv".
