For some reason my SPO2 score is not being uploaded into my Fitbit app over the last 3 days. The Sense shows the score, but it doesn't make it to the app.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi, @MattJ71, welcome, You may find this of use How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? A reliable fallback is to clear the cache in the Fitbit app (after syncing) and restart your phone. If it's still stuck restart your Sense (after syncing)
Cheers

Hi, @dcr1980 , welcome to the community. Go to the Fitbit app in your phone app tray (I'm sorry I can't be more precise as I do not know what phone/operating system you are using) in Android this will be via settings>apps. Swipe up to and open the Fitbit app and open storage. at the bottom of the screen touch "Clear Cache".

Hi, @gainas, welcome, I'm sorry I do not have any experience with "Apple" phones or their O/S. The setting you are looking for is in the "Fitbit" app on your phone on the storage element of the app. Once you have cleared the cache it's a good idea to restart your phone.
Cheers

Same problem since Wednesday. The clock on the device shows the SpO2 does not sync to the app on my IPhone.

Do not know how to clear cache in IPhone. I restarted both the phone and the device and it did not solve the problem.

There is no "storage element" that I can see.

Hi, @Georgefellner , The only other thing I can suggest is to sync your phone, remove the Fitbit app, restart your phone, and re-install the app. It will take up to three nights to repopulate the data, each will require you to have at least three hours of uninterrupted sleep.
I'm sorry I do not have experience with Apple O/S.

Mine works sometimes and then it will not record SPO2 on the watch nor the app. Ironically if I post this problem in a forum...all of a sudden that night SPO2 will be recorded on the watch and app. Go figure! It is so frustrating!

Hi, @Gail1034, have you reviewed this article How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? You will note you must have 3 hours of undisturbed sleep for the algorithm to work. If your device consistently fails to generate a value I suggest you ask a friend or family member to wear it at night (keeping it registered on your own Fitbit account). The data stream that generates the measurement is your HR, How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? will provide advice & guidance. A restless night definitely can prevent a reading.
I hope this helps.

Hi, @gainas, I'm not sure, you can only try. With other devices, once the tile in your Fitbit app is established it seems to stay and display relevant available data.
Sorry, I can't be more precise.

Did not mean to insult you. You answer questions as if you worked for fitbit. My bad!
