MY WATCH NO LONGER SHOWS MY STEPS. THE APP NO LONGER SHOWS MY SLEEP TIMES. OR STEPS.

I am in bed all night showing 8 step probably ok but says I went to bed at 11:30 till1:00. And the 2:50 till 7:00.   Don’t recall being awake   Said I slept 6 hrs but really slept  11:30 till 7  - 71/2
