Hi,
As I like running with intervals, I would like to save different workout sessions and choose one of them from the Sense directly (Like "start 30'30' x 16 training" or "start 1"1" x 10"). But unfortunetly, I didn't found any way to create a session and save it, it seems I have to reconfigure my interval session each time I train.
Maybe I missed something, is there a way to achieve this?

Try with the Sequneces app, you can have it create your interval sequence as an exercise. I use it for crossfit

I'm afraid you can't do that. The interval workout support is very basic on Fitbit devices.

Thanks for the response, any plans or discussion to support this feature? Seems to be a must have for any runner!

@SunsetRunner Fitbit devices are not really made for runners. They don't support even such a simple thing like cadence (which is also essential for many runners). I don't expect any changes in the way interval workouts work as this is probably not even in the roadmap. You may follow advice given by @Micsb and try to find thirdparty app that does what you need.
