Scan code at makes app freeze

hello, every time I want to add food item and click on the code the app freezes.i I close the app and try again and same thing happens

i have the last update.

 

any suggestions?

Hello @Ferchamartinez and welcome to the Community.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  An issue like this is usually limited to one platform.  You post can get moved to the appropriate app forum. where you might get more help.  You might or might not have the latest update.  Fitbit seems to be tweaking the app a lot and updates don't go to all users at once.  Please tap on your profile picture/gear icon > Help & Support to see your app version.
