Screen Wake isn't working on my Sense

Quick View quit working even though I have it set as "on" in settings. It used to work but then quit. I restarted my Sense, and it still doesn't work. I hate having to press the button every time I want to see the time, etc.

Hi @SunsetRunner  - Quick view can be active but is temporarily disabled if your watch is in sleep mode.

Swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and check that both sleep and do not disturb are not enabled, once they are not you should see wrist wake (Quick view) is enabled, but if not enabled it.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.

I agree with @Guy_, please check if by any chance DND or sleep mode has been enabled. When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in the quick settings.

Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. To set a schedule:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap Quiet modes.
  2. Under Sleep mode, tap Schedule mode > Off-hours.
  3. Tap the start or stop time to adjust when the mode turns on and off. Swipe up or down to change the time, and tap the time to select it. Sleep mode automatically turns off at the time you schedule, even if you manually turned it on.

Hope that helps.
