Sense text messages

Regrettably I did the IPhone IOS 16 update and I’ve lost the ability to receive text messages on my Sense! This is the MAIN REASON I got this watch!!!😡 I still receive phone calls, but I am missing a lot of my text messages because I’m not notified on my Sense. For those who haven’t done the update on your phone…DONT.DO.IT!!! And yes I have checked all the settings, I didn’t change anything after doing the update, absolutely ridiculous the Sense has lost the ability for whatever reason to do this. FITBIT, you really f*cked this up.

If you have not done so, try the watch reset by holding the side button til you see the Fitbit logo and then release. Let it go through the process. I have the iPhone 12 and did the update 2 days ago. No problems here getting texts, phone calls, outlook notifications etc etc. Functions as before.

I did reset my watch, still nothing. I still get notified when I have a call coming in, just no text.

Having the same issue here, but was having it before the update. My charger broke and I had to wait to get a replacement. When I finally got it charged and going I can get all other notifications but not any texts. I deleted and forgot my device and restarted everything from scratch. Still doesn’t work.

I ended up calling IT and they walked me through fixing it. I got it working fine after that. Give them a call to see if it helps.
