So I see Fitbit have already come out stating they will not repair cracked screens on the Sense? I previously owned the amazing Ionic which you could kick down the street and it would have taken it, not a mark!!!
I accidentally knock the Sense against a door in work and the screen cracks, the very top of the screen, more like a chip even, on the top edge. Come on Fitbit, what's going on, this cannot be OK, it was a light tap and I was wearing a sleeved shirt as well...
I've been looking at many posts and this screen issue is widespread, doesn't look like there was sufficient product testing on the screen of the Sense, this should not be happening guys, I'm totally unhappy with this product and though it's still working OK have no confidence in it and have begun searching elsewhere for a replacement...
Unhappy long term Fitbit user. 😥

@m00nman1972 I'm sorry to hear your experience. I've been wearing my Sense since it was launched and I don't have a scratch or scuff on it and I'm pretty clumsy.
Fitbit has never replaced or repaired screens. You could try going to a local screen repair shop, but screen replacement is something Fitbit has never done.
Best of luck!

I was going to suggest using the spigen armor pro case/band to keep it together but that crack may be too high on the face.

"I accidentally knock the Sense against a door in work and the screen cracks..."
First thing I did (before receiving my Sense) was to purchase some tempered glass screen protectors. Too late for you, but consider this next time if you purchase again. It won't protect from all blunt force trauma, but will help to a certain extent. Well worth it for a few dollars.
Example... For Fitbit Versa 2 3 Versa Lite Sense Full Cover Tempered Glass Screen Protector | eBay
I don't trust myself OR the Sense as far as the robustness of the screen goes. They don't withstand much at all.
Same for all my mobile phones - won't use without a tempered glass screen protector.

Mine did the same thing! I’m devastated this Sense is the most expensive fitbit I have bought to date and felt confident in upgrading because I had such good experiences with lower cost fitbit watches. I can’t believe how easy it chipped on me! I’m completely devastated that it’s practically new and a tiny chip has rendered it practically ruined. I don’t have any confidence in its waterproof ability anymore and I can’t even get to swim with it after just a couple months use. Not worth the $300 at all.

I was thinking about trying a drop of epoxy or resin on my crack to keep water out and keep it from coming apart more. Have you tried to repair it yet and if so did you successfully get it done? I’m unable to afford a new watch or costly screen replacement at the moment and looking for an inexpensive and quick fix.

That will make people happy going forward and those in the past will be upset.
