I got my new sense only about 3 1/2 weeks ago and it goes dead extremely fast. I don’t mind charging it, but this last charge it won’t charge? The Fitbit symbol keeps flashing like it’s trying to turn on, but doesn’t. It also isn’t charging at all and I’ve tried 3 different locations and cords now. What do I do?

Hi @Laurenfrances keep your Sense connected to the charger, hold the button for at least 10 seconds (in my head it feels more like 20...), Sense should restart.
Your battery is probably draining fast because "Snore detection is on" - To turn it off :Within the app, tap the "Sleep tile" -> Settings (Cog wheel) -Toggle the switch to "Off".
If you are unable to restart Sense as I described above - contact support - Your device is brand new...
