My screen leaves my selected face setting and goes to black background with grey numbers and then flashes back to color when I move. Battery is draining faster because screen is staying on.

Hi @rlsim - try double tap the screen till it wakes, then swipe the face to the right to get to Quick Settings and disable the Always On setting.
