Seems FitBit has a Product Drop Dead Policy

This is the 2nd FitBit device I've had over the years where its died ahead of it time. This time its a FitBit Sense which has what seems to be the unlimited reboot installed by FitBit rendering the device useless.  Lots of online advice repeating itself god only know why as none of it works.

Its just simply Fitbits built in failure options to encourage people to purchase yet another device which doesn't live upto it expectations.  Other people are lucky and receive a discount on another purchase alas I'm not that lucky

I am in same boat- still waiting for an email with any kind of information or explanation about next steps- and stuck with a very expensive paper weight

Hi @Dhandley88 @Aletina85 - unfortunately Fitbit hasn't provided a fix for the rebooting to logo or stuck on logo bug (often provoked by a firmware update or factory reset perhaps) other than a warranty replacement

If you are outside warranty they may offer you a discount on a newer more expensive model but those don't have all the features that this watch has. You may find an alternative brand which has more features than any Fitbit provides a better choice.

I've sacked it off and gone to a Garmin SQ 2 Music.  As fitness smartwatch go it knocks the spots off the Fitbit it's perhaps got too many activity tracking options.  But the saving grace is these can all be removed to keep it simple.
