Press and hold the button on the left side for 5 seconds or until the fitbit logo appears. This resets the device. Same thing happened to me.

I did that and it still won't come on it just goes to the little like Fitbit symbol

I have the same issue.sense turned off 1130AM January 1, 2023. It's been charging for many hours .it won't turn on??

Same thing happening to mine I got for Christmas the only way we can get it to turn back on is put it on the charger & do a hard reset (hold the side button in until the fitbit dots come up).
