Hello,
I would like to report an issue with my Fitbit Sense 2 device. The battery is draining very quickly (lasting less than a day, even while idle), and the watch sometimes turns off by itself, even when it has charge.
I have already followed all the recommended steps:
Reduced the screen brightness to the minimum;
Disabled all notifications and high-consumption features (such as the voice assistant, continuous monitoring, etc.);
Restarted the device;
Verified that the firmware is up to date;
Performed a factory reset;
Removed all third-party apps.
Even after all of this, the issue persists. The battery continues to drain very quickly and the abnormal behavior remains.
I would like to know what the next steps are and whether it is possible to claim the warranty, as the product is still within the legal coverage period.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards

@JoelFig , thanks for your info. How long is "in warranty"? My Sense2 will be 2 years old in 10 days from now.

I have all the symptoms as described above concerning battery drain. No matter what I do my Sense 2 will not last 24 hours.

which watchface do you have? I've completely lost control of my Sense 2. I change Watchface to force a restart. When I switched to a SPO2 watchface, it ran through battery super fast.

@ionFreeman , I mostly use the watchface called "Overview"...when it works! I've been having a problem with it telling me the location or temperature result is "expired" or "loading" or other errors. Then suddenly it works again. 🙄 Anyway, when it doesn't work, i change to "weatherPro" (which also has issues) Others I use are "Watchface '20" and "Classic" I'll try to attach screenshots here
Btw, why do you need the spo2 watchface. Unlike the old watches (like my old Versa2) that needed to have the watchface open to get your oxygen level, the Sense2 has it built-in

I do not need the SPO2 face. I just needed to pick a face to force a reboot. I don't see how to get back to the original one. I can't pair my pebble anymore as it's stuck in a reboot loop, so no more changing watchface for me.

@ionFreeman , Ahh, I see. Did you update to the new Sense2 firmware? If so, this (your info) will be another example why "not" to update...and I have not updated as yet. Except for those few watch (location or weather) glitches once in a while, most functions work well and battery lasts 4 or 5 days. I'm really afraid the new firmware update will cause battery and other issues like you're experiencing
