Sense App Gallery, cannot access 'oops...no internet connection' always!

Since getting this over two weeks ago, I have been able to access the Gallery for my Sense once.

 

I've tried different wireless connections with no success.

 

Retry it says. I checked in my web browser online account but cannot find the Gallery there, just on the phone app.

 

Help please!?

Thank you. It wasn't included but reading the article I got the idea to turn off my VPN, which sucks, but it is working now! See how it goes.

Are you turning back on the VPN when you exit the gallery?  Maybe someone has a better solution and will chime in but glad it’s working for now.
