the app crashes upon opening. I tried the cookie clearing and it now works only sporadically. FIX IT!

Exact same experience & remedies tried but app still opens and immediately closes on iPhone 14.  Just started this behavior this morning, last night working fine.  The only change was new participation in a challenge that was to start today.  Hopefully a fix will be suggested soon for us.

Keep tapping the launch and it eventually opens. 
temporarily. It reverts back to failing the next time you enter. Just Repeat the procedure. They’ll fix it eventually.

I’m having the same problem 

My sense stopped showing clock face overnight and the other screens wouldn’t respond 

This morning the app keeps disappearing I have turned my phone off and my Bluetooth then it restarted and stayed to allow me to forget and start to reset. I now have a clock face but he app is crashing again so I can’t see my account

Hi all, saw someone else say to keep opening the app - repeatedly and after 6-12 times it stays open. Works for me - not ideal but a good temporary fix - at least can inout data. I tried everything else but no good.

The app for Sense seems to be working now. All the negative comments and searches finally got to FitBit!
