Since this week I can’t see my logged activities on the dashboard. I can only see the last activity logged for the day. So if I have done more than one exercise I can’t see it. When I try to select the whole exercise box option it just freezes.

Let me help you with your activities on your Today's tab.
The fact that only the last activity logged is shown in the Fitbit app is an expected behavior. The latest versions of the Fitbit app have shown activities this way.
You can see all the activities of the current day by tapping on the tile "exercise days".
On the other hand, the fact the option freezes is not an expected behavior. This being said, try to force quit the app if you haven't done so. For instructions refer to Quit and reopen an app on iPhone

I am having the same issue. EVERY time I try and access my "Exercise Days" it freezes the entire app. I quit the app, re-open, try again, and it freezes every single time. It's very frustrating as it's a heavily used feature.
