The display is blank. I can feel the vibration on pushing the button. It does not sync with the app, but it does see my steps.
I have tried all the steps to do a factory reset and the screen is still bank. The Fitbit Logo never appears and the battery seems to be charged. I have let the battery completely discharge and recharged it with the same results.

Try pressing on the sides where you see the small white marks on the bezel. You have to hold it for a while but it should bring up the restart screen.

@Lana4 I'm sorry to hear that your Sense screen turned off.In addition to the restart that has already been suggested by pressing the button until it vibrates or the Fitbit logo appears, please try changing the clock format of your Sense by selecting one developed by Fitbit.
