Sense - Can’t turn off reminders to move on the Fitbit app

Hi,

I've seen this has been posted before and there was a solution offered but it's not working for me.

I am trying to switch off the reminders to move but every time the sense syncs with the phone, the toggle automatically goes to "on" again. The solution offered was to log out of the app, restart my phone and try again. I've done this but the toggle still moved back to "on" on its own. 

Do you have any other suggestions please?

It seems to be a recent current issue that others are experiencing.

It's a matter of finding the right toggling off/on combination.

Try off/on/off with the watch Shutdown, then turn on the watch.

You can also try the same with Bluetooth off.
