I would recommend against purchasing any Fitbit item that charges via the magnetic pin method. I have had two charging cables and they each lasted for about six months before one of the pins failed. It aways the same pin. The pins are spring loaded so that they make contact with the holes of the watch for proper charging. But, this one pin continues to fail and stays retracted so it cannot make contact with corresponding hole on the watch for charging. You cannot force the pin out or you will damage the entire cable. If you attempt to take the it apart the tiny magnets that hold it to the watch will fall out. I contacted Fitbit support on the first cable failure and it was worse than having a tooth pulled to get a replacement cable. Never again. The price for this cable is about $20 + delivery fee.

This is a well known problem and reported numerously. I’m sorry you’re dealing with it. Many buy a replacement cable from another supplier and have had success.

Not ideal, but along with what @Clove6060 said, just checked Amazon and get 2 Sense 3rd party charging cables for $10, or variety of similar options, rapid delivery, lot easier and quicker than going through Fitbit.

Thanks. When the Amazon route and got a Fitbit brand cable overnighted for 19.99 + 2.99 fee. Have to wait to see how long this one lasts.
